At NeuroDivergent Designs, we don't just organize spaces, we transform lives. We morph spaces into intuitive environments that honor and support diverse neurological patterns. We believe organization should adapt to how minds naturally work, not the other way around. Through compassionate understanding, innovative systems, and neurodivergent-affirming practices, we empower individuals to experience the confidence, calm, and functionality that comes when environments finally align with their unique brains. We infuse joy and playfulness into the process, turning what is typically stressful into an engaging and positive experience. We don't just organize spaces—we create harmony between mind and environment while making the journey enjoyable.
We begin by watching how you naturally move through your space, identifying your unique patterns, strengths, and challenges. Your ADHD isn't a problem to fix—it's the key to creating systems that actually stick.
Together, we'll determine what truly serves you and what's creating friction in your daily life. Our compassionate purging process respects emotional attachments while creating the breathing room your mind craves.
Using neuroscience-backed strategies, we create intuitive systems that work with your natural tendencies rather than fighting against them. From "drop zones" for everyday items to visual cues that make sense to your brain, every solution is tailored to your specific needs.
We don't just leave you with a pretty space—we ensure you have the tools to maintain it. Our visual labeling systems and custom maintenance routines are designed specifically for the ADHD brain.
We see your "mess" as valuable data about how your unique brain works, not as a character flaw. Our spaces become laboratories of possibility, not sources of criticism.
You're the expert on your life and needs. We bring expertise in neurodivergent-affirming organization, creating a partnership that honors your voice in every decision.
Organization doesn't have to be painful! We infuse our sessions with playfulness, celebration of small wins, and genuine connection, making what is typically stressful into an engaging and positive experience.
We don't create picture-perfect systems that collapse in days. We build intuitive environments that reduce cognitive load, making maintenance nearly effortless for your neurodivergent brain.
Hi! I'm Allie, creator of NeuroDivergent Designs.
Do you remember Sy Sperling, the founder of Hair Club for Men? Well, in the 1980's he was the star of his own commercials and would proudly declare "I'm not only the Hair Club president, I'm also a client" in every one of them. IFYKYK and if not, Google him. Sy doesn't disappoint.
What Sy and I have in common is I'm also a client of my methods and proudly wear my own metaphorical toupee around the house. Sure, sometimes it slips to the side, which is why I understand that life is like the dirty mouth from Orbit chewing gum commercials. There is no shame when the dirty mouth of an otherwise clean person takes a piece of gum from the lady on the side saying "dirty mouth? clean it up with Orbit!"
Beyond quoting random ads from the past, I bring a perceptive approach to creating living spaces that truly work for you. I see the potential in ordinary spaces, transforming environments to support both functionality and joy through thoughtful organization and intuitive design.
My neurodivergent perspective gives me sensitivity to how spaces affect mood, productivity, and wellbeing. I detect subtle environmental factors that others might miss—from lighting and color psychology to traffic flow and sensory considerations—creating homes that feel both energizing and calming exactly when you need them to be.
As a Reflector in Human Design, I have the ability to absorb and understand the unique energy of each client and space. This quality allows me to create personalized environments that authentically reflect your needs rather than imposing trendy but impractical solutions. Your space becomes a true reflection of your best self.
Clients appreciate my creativity, focus on meaningful details, and ability to envision multiple possibilities for challenging spaces. I balance my innovative approach with practical systems that make daily life more manageable, especially for those whose brains work differently.
My designs incorporate both structure and flexibility—creating order without rigidity and beauty without sacrificing function. The result is a space that supports your natural way of being while accommodating the practical demands of daily life.
